We're so convinced that you will love your Made For Love Jewelry experience and your personal Made For Love Jewelry piece that we'll pick up the tab for the shipping on all orders in the USA.

We are not responsible for lost Domestic Deliveries. We ship our items with FedEx Direct Signature Required to insure a safe delivery. 

We offer international shipping. All items shipped internationally have a "minimum order requirements" to qualify for free shipping. The cost for international shipping is added to your order after selecting the country to which we will be sending your piece. We offer flat rates for all international shipping based on pricing.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes -

The customs office of the destination country may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges to your international order where applicable. These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipients.

Please be advised that Made For Love Jewelry has no control over any of these charges and cannot guarantee estimates of customs, duties, and taxes that may be applied. The actual amount charged by customs may differ. Please contact your local customs office for further details.

All Made For Love Jewelry pieces are hand-fabricated in our South Florida facility.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your jewelry piece to be completed and shipped. Unless specified otherwise by the customer, all pieces are shipped upon completion. The customer can request a specific delivery date.

We guarantee 2 weeks delivery in the USA from the day the order was placed, and payment was processed.

RETURNS

Articles will be accepted for a full refund or exchange ( U.S. only ) if returned in their original condition within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt, and all original paperwork provided with the item. Some exclusions may apply *.

Once your piece is returned and, upon inspection, cleared for a full refund, such will be issued back to your account.

The only fee the customer will be responsible for is the return shipping.

Shipping charges, including Special Handling and any other related costs, are non-refundable. If you receive any portion of your order damaged, please contact us prior to returning the items. Made For Love Jewelry will not reimburse you for unauthorized shipping expenses incurred. Please retain all shipping materials for inspection.

If we request that you return the merchandise to us, we may reimburse you for full or partial return shipping expenses at our discretion. We will not reimburse you for overnight, express or other special services used at your discretion.

Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in "new and unused condition" to be deemed acceptable for refund or exchange. Items showing obvious signs of wear, or alteration by a jeweler other than Made For Love Jewelry will not be accepted.

Please note, the customer is responsible for return postage, unless arranged otherwise.

*   Made For Love Jewelry accepts merchandise returns via mail only.

**  All returns on items under $500 are subject to $100 restocking fee. (Valid for USA Orders ONLY) 

Please allow approximately 2 weeks for your refund to be processed. Refunds can only be issued to the original source the purchase has been placed from.

1. International returns. (All Items shipped by and to Made For Love Jewelry outside of USA)

2. All items purchase with Non-USD currencies (including crypto-currencies).

3. Item(s) shipped to the customer over 30 from the original shipping label.

4. Items that became damaged or defective after delivery.

5. Engagement Rings, Wedding Bands and items that have been resized, or modified by a third-party jeweler are not eligible for return.

6. Engraved Engagement Rings and Wedding Bands are a final sale and not eligible for returns. Some exclusions may apply *.

7. In-store ordered and received items. Any, in-store placed, and in-store received order at our Boca Raton location.

8. Custom items, (items not displayed on the website)* are NOT eligible for returns/refunds.

*  Upon consultation with our designer's team, we can issue a store credit for the full amount of the initial purchase of the "custom order”.  Store credits are only honored if requested no later than 30 days after the initial order was placed.

Store credits can be used for any further purchases for the amount of/or greater than the initial order. The store credit offer will be good for up to 1 year after the initial purchase.  Any unused store credit will be forfeited thereafter.  Please note, custom designed items will be eligible for store credit only after a consultation with our designers and requested no later than 30 days from the initial purchase.

As we retire designs, we offer the remaining stock for sale or seasonal special offers. These pieces cannot be returned or exchanged and are not covered by our 30 day warranty.

To return a jewelry item to Made For Love Jewelry, follow the below process.

We recommend calling us first before shipping your items back.

1. Package securely your return. We recommend you use the original shipping box, including all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you will be liable for the $350 replacement cost.

2. Insure Your Package.

* Items under $500  -  We recommend you ship your package via FedEx Service insured for the total value of the contents. (FedEx® will not insure merchandise over $500)

* Items over $500 but less than $1,000   -   we recommend using US Postal Service Registered Mail™ for optimal tracking capability. (FedEx or UPS® will not insure merchandise over $1000).

* Items over $1,000  -  we recommend insuring the package for the total value of the contents. Direct Signature Service is required.

* High-Value Items over $25,000  -  High-Value returns often require special arrangements. We recommend contacting us for assistance and suggested methods for returning your purchase.

REFUNDS

Credit card purchases will be refunded to the credit card or account used for the original purchase.

Please allow up to 2 weeks from the date that Made For Love Jewelry has received your return for your account to be credited. You may wish to contact your credit card company on posting guidelines as they can vary.

PayPal orders will be credited back to your PayPal account. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your account to be credited.
